La Liga is the Spanish League while Copa Del Rey is the Spanish Cup, Just like the English Premier League and FA cup of England. Copa del rey is the domestic cup where teams of all division of the Spanish football take part where as La Liga is the top most division where the best teams of Spain compete.

Granada returned to La Liga after a one-year absence, while Las Palmas came back after a five-year absence. The third and final team to be promoted were Alavs, after winning the play-off final against Levante on 17 June 2024, returning after a on5-year absence.
