When Suzy begins transforming into Mater Suspirorum, a black humanoid creature appears and kills Mater Markos and💻 then slaughter a ton of other people. It is never really said what this thing is. We also see its💻 hands earlier in the film when Mme. Blanc realizes Suzy is connected to Suspirorum.
