The story of Exo Zombies, as detailed in the teaser at the end of the Exo Survival 💶 mode, revolves around an outbreak of the undead following the detonation of a Manticore DNA bomb. Atlas tried to end 💶 the war quickly with the use of the Manticore, but it instead created an army of the undead.

Warzone Caldera, which was renamed last year, will shut down on September 21, 2024 so that Activision 0️⃣ can "focus on future Call of Duty content including the current Warzone free-to-play experience." The original Warzone stopped receiving updates 0️⃣ last year after it was supplanted by its official sequel, Warzone 2.

Activision announced that Warzone Caldera servers 0️⃣ will shut down on September 21, 2024.
